Had a Dr. appointment at 1:30pm on a Wednesday. Since I was a new patient, they asked to be there 30 minutes prior to the appointment. Arrived at 1pm, signed it at the front desk and was asked to wait. A nurse called my name at 1:50pm and asked me to fill up the paper work and was able to see the doctor at 2:15pm. Unlike in other big hospitals the doctor was able to spend adequate time to complete the checkup.
Big place, very friendly and caring staff. Usually it is easy to get an appointment and you're in and out pretty quick.
I went here 3 times, and all 3 times I had to wait 40-50 minutes even though I arrived at least 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. Everything else is fine, but the waiting time is consistently terrible.
Since this was my annual physical, had to go back for the blood work. Had an appointment for 8:15 AM Friday. However, the doors did not open until 8:25, went thru the motion of signing in and waiting until 9:15 before checking back at the front desk, only to be told that I am good to go home. The lady at the front desk offered to create a new appointment, a this point I was frustrated and walked out.
